Dinasys DTC/DTS Turntable Controller

United Kingdom

Hello,
Hoping there is someone out there who can help me, I have installed on my layout the Dinasys DTC/DTS turntable controller. I have wired it up and it all operates but i have an issue that i have been unable to resolve. When using the set up function to test the sensors on this unit they all work correctly, going clockwise or anti clockwise. But when i step the turntable forwards from exit 1 going one exit at a time, by the time i have got to the third exit, it has jumped forward to exit 4? When i return it to exit 1 it goes there fine and stops as it should. This also happens if i choose a random exit for example exit 9 from exit 1, it lands on exit 10? I have tried using the 15 degreee adjustment under the turntable to check if the sensors are in the correct place, and i believe they are, because any adjustment i make in either direction just makes the problem worse. Is there anyone who can help me please?
By the way i am using a Black Roco Z21 controller and running my layout through iTrain.

I have since done some further testing and found that by physically releasing the detent and moving the bridge by hand one step at a time everything is fine going from step 1 till step 16 and then i noticed that step 17 also lit up? I carried on round to the end at step 48 and all the other exits operated as they should. I then reset the sensors again on the computer and went directly to sensor 16 manually and again sensor 17 also lit up. I am unsure of the problem but i have checked the sensor board and cannot see anything wrong, hope this additional information helps.

Just sitting here thinking about this another thought came to mind, the sensor at position 17 never went green after the bridge went past to the next stage it did with all the other exits though. Exit 16 and exit 18 went green as the bridge went over and passed the sensors, but not 17. That might imply that the sensor was permanently made at exit 17? Not sure just something that i thought may be of some use.

Having had another look at the problem i have just realised that the magnet that operates the sensor is at the opposite end of the bridge, the side opposite to the shed end, so the sensor that must be faulty is at exit 41 on the turntable as this is directly at the opposite end to the shed end of the bridge which is situated at exit 17. I hope this makes sense.
